Question: How is the lamp charged? Is it a wall plug and do I need a converter/adapter if I’m located in Europe?

Answer: The lamp is charged via USB 2.0 cable which is provided with the lamp. You can simply plug the charger into the side at the base of the lamp. The charging cable is universal, therefore you can plug it in to any USB 2.0 outlet (110V-240V).

Question: Can this be used just with the cord plugged in and without the battery?

Answer: The lamp will work even when plugged in with the batteries drained. Therefore you can definitely use it plugged it and never worry about recharging it.

Question:How bright are the bulbs and how do they look?

Answer: Our standard 5W, 5V LED bulb has a nice warm glow and has equivalent output to a traditional 45W light bulb.

Question: What kind of bulb do they use?

Answer: All of our lamps use a 5 volt LED bulb, not your standard 120/220 volt bulbs you find at the hardware stores. PLEASE do not use our included 5 volt bulb in a standard socket. If you need a bulb replacement or are curious about options, please contact us.
